Terms of use

These terms apply when you use lovepage.digital ("lovepage", "we"), run by Aim LLC. By making, publishing or opening a page you agree to them.

What lovepage is

lovepage lets you make a personal web page for someone and share it with a link or QR code. Building and previewing is free. When you publish, the link works for 24 hours. A one-time payment keeps the page online without our badge.

Your account

You need an account to publish. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. Keep access to your email or Google account safe: whoever controls it controls your pages.

Your content

You keep all rights to the words and photos you add. You give us permission to store them and show them to anyone with the link, only so the page can work. You are responsible for what you publish and confirm you have the right to share it, including photos of other people.

Do not use lovepage for content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that shares someone's private information without their consent. We may remove pages that break these rules.

Group pages

If you make a group page, anyone with your invite link can add a wish and a photo. You can hide any wish and close the invite at any time. People who add wishes agree to these same content rules.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment partner, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and may show its own name on your receipt. Prices are shown before you pay. There is no subscription. See the refund policy for refunds.

How long pages stay online

Paid pages stay online for as long as lovepage operates. If we ever have to close the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email so you can save what matters to you.

Availability and liability

We work to keep lovepage running smoothly but can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell account holders by email before the change applies.
