Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your page. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day refund

If you're not happy, email hello@lovepage.digital within 14 days of paying, with the email address you used and the link to your page. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. The page then goes back to a free page, which may stop working.

Problems with a page

If your page doesn't work as it should, tell us first: we'll try to fix it quickly. If we can't, you get a full refund, even after 14 days.

How refunds are paid

Payments and refunds are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. A refund usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
